• Account: your email address, used to log you in.
• Payments: your plan, payment status and dates, and a Stripe customer ID. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Discord: if you connect it, your Discord user ID and username, so we can add and remove your member roles.
• TradingView: the username you give us for indicator access.
• 1-on-1: your application answers, call bookings, and the homework answers and chart links you hand in.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.
• Technical: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

• to give you the access you paid for: videos, Discord roles, the indicator and 1-on-1;
• to take payments, manage renewals and handle refunds or chargebacks;
• to send login links and service messages, and to answer you;
• to review 1-on-1 applications and homework;
• to protect our content: videos show your email as a watermark;
• to keep the service secure and meet legal and tax obligations.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the services that run the site, each for its own job:

• Supabase: login and our member database
• Stripe: payments, subscriptions and billing
• Vercel: hosting the website
• Cloudflare: our domain and email forwarding
• Resend: sending login emails and contact-form messages
• Discord: the community and member roles
• VdoCipher: streaming protected videos
• Google (Gmail): the mailbox that receives support email

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, for example in a chargeback dispute.

We only use cookies that the site needs to work: one that keeps you logged in, and a short-lived one used while connecting your Discord account. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your account information while you have an account. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise the rest, except what we must keep by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to get a copy of it. You can disconnect Discord and change your TradingView username from your account page at any time. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights under local law.

Logins use one-time email links, member data is only readable by its owner and our server, and payments are handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

The service is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where required, they use legal safeguards for these transfers.

We'll update this policy if what we collect or how we use it changes, and tell members about significant changes. See also our Terms of Service.
