Terms of Service

STDV Academy (“we”, “us”) is a trading education service run by [Legal business name], led by Amir. These terms apply to stdv.io, the members area, our Discord server and everything you buy from us. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

Everything we provide, including videos, the indicator, weekly levels, outlooks, trade breakdowns, signals and 1-on-1 coaching, is for educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract or option.

Trading futures and options carries substantial risk of loss, and you can lose more than you invest. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance, including any results or testimonials shown, does not guarantee future results. See our risk disclosure.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You log in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can open it can open your account.
• Each membership is for one person. Sharing your account, logins or member content with anyone else is not allowed.
• Give us accurate information, including your email, Discord and TradingView usernames.

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page at the time you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe.

• Monthly renews automatically on the same date each month and charges the card on file until you cancel. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
• 1-on-1 payment plans (3 payments) charge on the schedule shown at checkout and stop after the final payment. Once every payment is made, your access continues as described for that plan.
• Pay once is a single charge.
• If a payment fails, we and Stripe may retry it. If it still can't be collected, your access ends until it's paid.
• We may change prices for new purchases. If we change the price of an active monthly membership, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time from your account page (Manage billing and cards). You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

If a payment plan is cancelled or stops being paid before the final payment, access ends; it does not become permanent.

Our products are digital educational content and services that you can access immediately, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds, except where the law requires one.

If a payment is reversed through your bank (a chargeback) or refunded, the access it paid for ends, including member videos, Discord roles and indicator access.

• 1-on-1 is by application. We decide who to accept at our discretion, and an application doesn't guarantee a spot.
• Spots open in limited batches. You pay the price of the batch you were approved in, and only while that batch still has a spot.
• Calls are booked from the times we post and take place on Discord. You can cancel a booked call up to 12 hours before it starts. We'll give as much notice as we can if we need to reschedule.
• Each 1-on-1 lesson unlocks after Amir checks your homework on the one before. Checking times vary.

Member access includes our Discord server and our TradingView indicator. Discord roles are added when you connect your Discord account and removed when your access ends. Indicator access is granted by hand, usually within a day, and removed when your access ends.

These services are run by other companies, and their own terms apply to your use of them. We're not responsible for their availability.

All videos, models, indicators, levels, outlooks, breakdowns, signals and other materials belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while your access is active.

You may not:

• record, download, copy, resell or share any member content;
• share signals, levels or the indicator outside the community;
• try to get around the video protection or the membership checks.

Videos show the viewer's email as a watermark. If member content is shared, we may end the account responsible without a refund and take further action.

Treat other members with respect. No harassment, spam, promotion of other services, or sharing of illegal content. We may remove messages, roles or members who break these rules.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service or put other members at risk. Where the reason is a breach of these terms, no refund is due.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any trading approach will be profitable.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of [State, Country].
